The Lay Out merchandise

In-stock The Lay Out merchandise ships within 3 business days after we receive your paid order. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Any longer processing time will be stated on the product page before purchase.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery time.

Marketplace brand products

Marketplace products ship directly from the supplying brand. Each brand’s shipping policy, processing times and applicable shipping benefits govern its products.

Orders containing products from multiple brands—or both marketplace products and The Lay Out merchandise—may arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking information and delivery dates. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

A brand’s free-shipping threshold applies only to qualifying purchases from that brand. Purchases from other brands or The Lay Out do not count toward that threshold. Reaching the same amount across your entire BuyBLK. ByBLK. basket does not qualify you for an individual brand’s free shipping.

Any BuyBLK. ByBLK. shipping promotion will have its own stated conditions, with the applicable savings shown at checkout.

Shipping destinations

Marketplace shipping is available within the contiguous 48 United States, subject to the supplying brand’s delivery coverage. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.

Delays and delivery problems

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. For marketplace shipping delays, damaged packages, missing deliveries or incorrect items, contact the supplying brand using the support details provided with your order.

Please review our Return and Refund Policy and the supplying brand’s policy before purchasing. Do not send products back without approval and return instructions.
