Join us as Pastry Chef Jatee Kearsley of Je T’aime Patisserie , a Black-owned bakery and women-led business in Brooklyn, teaches us how to make our very own croissants. While that may be a lil' bit dangerous, we're going to learn anyway. =p
During this 3 hour class you will learn how to make croissants while enjoying drinks and small bites. You'll go home with 5-6 specialty croissants and the knowledge of how to make flaky, buttery, bready deliciousness.
