Yeah, yeah, we know. You said you were gonna stretch more. Strengthen your core. Fix your posture. And then… life. Lucky for you fam, WE GOT YOU.
We’ve partnered with Core Revival Pilates for a special small-group Pilates experience created just for The Lay Out community. This is all about slowing down without checking out — building real strength, improving alignment, and reconnecting with your body in a way that actually feels good.
Pilates is one of those low-impact, high-reward workouts that strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and builds control and endurance — all without the “why did I do this?” soreness the next day. Expect intention, breath, and movement — plus time to gather and connect after class, because community is part of the workout too.
How long is class?
Each session includes a 45-minute Pilates class, followed by a community hang so we can connect, decompress, and be outside together (emotionally and physically).
What’s the class format?
This is a small-group experience, capped at five (5) participants per session, to ensure personalized guidance, safe movement, and space to move at your own pace.
Do I need previous Pilates experience?
Nope. This class is beginner-friendly and all levels welcome.
Foundational moves will focus on:
Core alignment
Improving flexibility
Building control and endurance
All taught in a safe, supportive environment.
Is this good for beginners or people easing back into movement?
Yes, yes, and yes.
This class is suitable for beginners, all fitness levels, and pre/post-natal clients. Modifications will be offered so everyone can move in a way that feels right for their body.
Who’s leading the class?
You’ll be guided by Alexandra Belizaire, owner and founder of Core Revival Pilates and a Pilates and wellness creator who designs movement experiences that feel approachable, joyful, and rooted in real life.
A cyber tech strategist who swapped dashboards for reformers, Alexandra now creates classes and IRL wellness moments that make movement feel less intimidating and more like something you actually want to come back to.
